We are so pleased with the care that my aunt is getting here! We don’t live nearby but we are able to see her participating in all the fun events they have for the residents in the videos Palm Bay Memory Care posts on their facebook page. I appreciate everyone who has helped with his transition into his new home. Erika has gone above and beyond with her attentiveness to the residents needs. She is a true asset to the facility. Erika was amazing with my husband. She was patient and caring and continually trying to engage him in activities. She also kept me well informed with what was going on with him, which is more than I can say about where he is at now. My husband is young and physically fit and kept climbing the fence to get out. He would still be at Palm Bay Memory Care if they hadn’t required me to pay for one on one care 24 hours a day along with the facility fees.
Erika Stewart is very knowledgeable and caring. She runs the facility with a heart for residents. Coping with a parent who you love, but who is changing physically and mentally can be overwhelming. Erika displays an empathetic ear and practical advice and support.
