A very kind and lovely staff The therapist, Olivia and Kim were wonderful. And Andrea is a wonderful personality as well as Shannon and Tiffany. So I wish people the good experience that I had.
The care I received at Pam was amazingly caring, professional, attentive, and helpful. Everyone who cared for me knew who I was, and made sure that the next one on duty would also know. The room was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever seen in a hospital or rehab facility. every room had its own bathroom, was a single , and had a window.
PAM (acronym for Patient Activation Management) Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jupiter sets benchmark example of focused, comprehensive, collaborative, and congenial health rehabilitation program designed to achieve maximum levels of marked progress in minimum timeframe in alignment with patient’s specified recovery objectives. PAM also provides outpatient services. PAM facility features 42-bed inpatient capacity, contemporary architecture in suburban setting, and ample parking spaces. Medicare-approved and monitored.
After 11-days of inpatient treatment for Coronavirus, low oxygen, asthma, and unstable blood pressure beginning January 27, 2025 at another hospital, it was recommended patient transfer to PAM facility for 7-10 days of acute physical and occupational therapy. Patient’s informed decision to agree with referral was rendered after reading multiple positive online Google reviews posted by former PAM patients and patient’s family members, along with added benefit of daily visits by patient’s independent hypertension specialist who practices nearby PAM facility. On February 6, patient transferred to PAM facility. Win, win!
Patient’s 9-day PAM impatient experience was challenging and pleasantly full. Human beings are spiritual with a physical presence, and God restores souls. PAM of Jupiter rehabilitates bodies, but its purposeful program lacks compassion and flexibility. Patient did not achieve specified goals of stabilized BP and fully-rehabilitated health.
This facility is awesome. All the staff were so great. They got me walking.
I want to give a special shout out to Elluvia, Kam, Sharon, Roxie, Janice, Dwanye, and Jean (A.K.A “NEWBE”). I wish them the best. Scott
I am writing this review to bring attention to an unjust situation where a dedicated nurse was unfairly terminated despite only trying to educate a pt about their medication. I was just simply doing my job by providing important medication education to a pt. Instead of being receptive, the pt became degrading to me as a nurse. In response, I was professionally chose to leave the room to de-escalate the situation. However, the matter didn’t end there. A rehab tech proceed to verbally abuse me in front of the nurses station, in full view of staff and family members. Despite this mistreatments I was held responsible, likely due to their 90 day probation period. I was let go. This kind of decision not only demoralizes hardworking healthcare processionals like myself but also compromises pt care. When nurses fear retaliation for simply doing their jobs, the quality of care suffers. It is disappointing to see a facility handle such a situation in this manner. No nurse should be subjected to mentally and verbally abuse, let alone be punished for doing their job. I urge this facility to review its polices on supporting staff, especially those in their probationary period, and to take reports of verbal abuse seriously. No healthcare professional should be punished for prioritizing pt education and professionalism.
