  1. In a word – Incompetent. I have nothing good to say about this facility. The food provided was so bad that we had food delivered, only to have an employee eat it.

They administered medication clearly noted in the chart as “allergic”.

Skilled nursing is an oxymoron as the “nurses” kept putting the neck brace on backwards and upside down.

They refused to call family members listed as the emergency contact.

And though immune compromised with doctor instructions that no one is to be near without a mask, it was not enforced or apparently a concern to anyone who worked there. Their lack of care led to catching the flu which quickly turned into pneumonia.

  2. My mother had a medical event towards the end of 2024 and after a hospital stay, we had her go to Park View. They were great with her rehabilitation. The medical staff really cares about the work and my mom felt supported. During her roughly three week stay, she got stronger, ate healthier, and regained capacity across the board. I recommend Park View if you have options and they have availability for a SNF.

Challenges: It was not always easy to get to folks by calling in. If you are local and can be there in person, this was not an issue. Parking in the lot is also a challenge even though it seems like there is ample parking, the tennis club and the other commercial storefronts are clearly fighting to keep enough parking for their needs too, so leave time for that especially if you are visiting mid-day. You can end-up circling and waiting for a while.
