A real sense of community where residents look out for one another. In addition, management is very responsive to maintenance requests and display a sense of caring for the people who live there.
Well where do I start…last year in May my A/C went down. Maintenance tried to fix it but didn’t work correctly. Needed new parts, took forever to get them. Did not work. Put in a window unit, tape all over window. When unit was taken out in Oct tape residue was left. They never cleaned it up to this day. Hand prints all over wall and A/C unit cover.
I have a beautiful one bedroom apartment with more then enough space. You get more bang for your buck here at Pineberry. The staff does a nice job of keeping everything nice and clean. Am so glad I moved here, am celebrating my second year here. I feel very safe living here.
