My grandma is in the SICU due to the negligence and malpractice of this facility. It took flying down from out of state to yell at people to get things done. They never answered calls prior to. They were letting her lie there unresponsive for two days until we forced them to do blood work and hemoglobin was 4.5. then finally rushed her to hospital.
My LO is happy and well cared for by the staff here. There are so many enriching activities for them to enjoy and if we have any issues, with anything, staff is always responsive and helps us address issues quickly. The staff is always caring, kind, and compassionate from housekeeping to maintenance to administration and clinical staff.
What a wonderful experience! The staff is amazing! I feel so fortunate to have this opportunity. It was very relaxing and refreshing and I know it will help my back.

My mother is a resident at Pruitt Health and it is such a clean, good facility. I love the games and social interaction that coordinate to keep the residents engaged.
When my mother was released to them for physical therapy, her blood pressure was, and had been for years, controlled by her medicines. She was there about 3 weeks during which time I visited at random, different times each day and night. The staff who presented themselves as nurses , were generally rude. Many had long long nails that made it awkward for them to hold and handle things. There was a sign at the front of the building that notified visitors that COVID was present in the building. These “nurses” acted bothered and annoyed that I was checking in on her. They refused to wear a mask around us.
I never saw any wash their hands between patient visits nor wear gloves. She was never showered. The food I took to her disappeared along with the containers. She was supposed to have supervision when getting out of bed but her calls to these “nurses” went unanswered, so she usually risked getting out of bed by herself to go to the bathroom. Her linens were only changed once, at my insistence, and we were just handed sheets for me to change them. All services were fully covered by insurance, by the way. My mom reported several times that they weren’t giving her her blood pressure medications. They denied this. When I took her home, having set up home health care, her blood pressure was erratic, at stroke levels. This lasted for several months, had never occurred in decades of her being on blood pressure medications, and required at least two ambulance calls. The physical therapy she was given the opportunity to do while there was minimal even though mom did all of it full heartedly. The day we left, their arranged transportation service never showed up even though we waited many hours. No one offered assistance so I found a man wearing a different color gown than the rest of the “nurses”. He helped me and my friend, whom I had to call, load mom into the vehicle. Turns out he was a registered nurse but unfortunately had been on vacation during mom’s nightmarish stay. She did wonderfully with the in-home physical therapy, occupational therapy and skilled nursing visits. How this place got and still gets a 4.2 star with her insurance company I will never know but if you take your loved one there, do stay on top of them, visit frequently at different times of the day and night and stay on top of their medication administration.
