The community is clean and inviting. The staff are kind and attentive. The residents look comfortable and cared for. The management team are very knowledgeable and have a hand in the care provided as well. Overall, this was the perfect choice for my Grandmother, she’s seems very happy and well taken care of, and that’s what matters the most at this time.
Worst decision ever. Mom fell and went to Er. Not a single phone call to family. Stuff missing from her personal belongs. No one took any responsibility just pushed blame down the line.
