I was referred to Laura Cassell by the manager at an assisted living facility I contacted. The manager was very complimentary of Laura and assured me that she would help me in searching for assisted living for my sister. Laura has been great to work with. She helped me determine the most important features of the facility I was looking for. Then she contacted several places for me to visit. Laura is dedicated to her work of helping seniors find the best fit for their needs in an assisted living community.
I contacted Laura on march 12 via email and phone, I left a voicemail regarding help for placement for my father. She responded via text and asked for information I gave the information. I told her I had spoken to “a place for mom” and called a few facilities already with no luck. She responded stating she could not work for me because I had already contacted “a place for mom “unless I not work with them and choose her as my advocate. Which I did .I CANCELED with “a place for mom” reached bk out to Laura several times and let her know I wanted to work with her, and guess what???? She NEVER responded or even bothered to have the decency to say she couldn’t provide me with her services.At this point I have made the assumption she discriminates against low income ppl and doesn’t have the professionalism to respect the low income community enough to treat them with decency and respect.All the positive reviews on here must be either fabricated or only for ppl she doesn’t discriminate against.”high income” I would NEVER recommend her services or this company to anyone. Go to someone that is truly compassionate and respectful of all people despite their income, or race.
