The office is good, but they take a long time to answer the phone. I’ve spent an hour or more waiting for someone to answer. It’s ridiculous.
The person at the front door, so unprofessional and rude. Didn’t even let me speak or answer my questions because I didn’t have an appointment.
The service staff at the door just waved their hands impatiently and asked me to come out and make an appointment online. They had no service spirit at all.
