Tuskawilla Nursing Home in Winter Springs is a joke. Their DON tells you she can be reached 24/7 & gives you her business card with a cell #. Yea, that # is disconnected. Had to call the Home at 9:00pm to get the correct #. Then when you call it, “Mail Box is Full”. When questioned the next day, her response was “It’s always full”. When questioned why she doesn’t return voice mails left at her extension, she made up some excuse how it doesn’t work. Get conflicting information from everyone there that I talk to. Moving Dad as soon as we can get him any where but here!!

the company owes my family money. They were neglegent through my moms death, and now they will not return my calls. Do not trust this company.
