Had family there. It looks and smells clean. The staff appear friendly. Family member said “there’s some good ones here, and some so-so”.
Excellent staff and very clean and very much oriented towards the patient.
Overall a positive experience. There was some minor issues with missed debris in my father’s room, but once it was brought to their attention it was addressed quickly. They were attentive and friendly to my dad. Some issues with wound care being neglected, but again when brought to their attention addressed right away. We visited every day and were strong advocates for his care.
My grandfather was in Summerfield Health Care Center’s care for about 3 weeks after suffering a moderate fall. He was always met with kindness, patience, courtesy, and respect by all of the staff members. They did a wonderful job communicating all aspects of his care and went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. The facility was always super clean and my grandfather raved about how good the food was- he even gained a little weight during his stay, which was a good thing for him. We can’t say enough good things or thank the staff enough for taking such great care of him! Would definitely recommend this facility above all others.
