Excellent customer service, great staff and amazing work ethic. They have taken care of my mom for more than a year and can only be grateful of everything they do for her, from her personal care, mental and physical, they treat her like a priority. The staff is always friendly and open to any questions you might have. They take your concerns serious and take care of them in timely manner. I recommend this ALF to anyone in need of a 24/7 basic care. They are expert at knowing when to help my mom out and when to let her do it on her own, which is a biggie considering that our elders love to keep their independence as much as they can.
I had only a few days to find an assisted living facility for my mother. The staff at Pacifica was professional and quick with their responses to my questions/concerns. They were accommodating with her moving obstacles and attentive to her needs. I believe she is adjusting, safe, and well cared for. The facility has received a beautiful facelift, but there have been issues with her medication, TV reception (they use Dish and it goes out too often), and the sub-par quality of food. I do not feel she is receiving the standard of services to match her monthly fees. I would suggest doing more research and comparing other facilities if you have the time to do so.
