Actually gets 4.6 because no place is perfect.
My Aunt has been very happy at Sun Terrace. They kept her alive during Covid. Even when my uncle was away taking care of their personal business.
They took care of her at least 5 summers in a row. She had bowel surgery, she fell and fractured her pelvis, she had a few infections on her leg, a bowel problem again, and C Diff infection that ultimately affected her colon.
Each time she needed rehab with therapy to recover. She loved the people, the therapy and the socializing.
Thank you. You know who you are that loved and helped her. ♥️
The staff were very nice and helpful and very sweet everyone who had contact with my mom they were all great. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you all for going above and beyond.
Terrible. Ring the bell for bathroom wait 1.5 hours until the CNA shows up. Meds do not come on time or as directed by doctor. If you make the bathroom you’re left in there for an hour. Friendly staff but understaffed. Food is horrible! Left alone most of the time. Something has to be done!!!
Very professional.
They care are fruendly and are very helpful. When walking the hallways all employees you pass sat hello.
I thought this was the place !! After all I saw & experienced with my husband. I went in for a visit before I had him taken there. I would NOT recommend anyone to go there. But found out that BOOK has a cover. My husband was there 3-4 months. He did not gain one thing . When I took him out for insurance exhausted. He was still not standing . His butt was terrible with bed sores. They work by a book & nothing out of the heart. I believed in them at first sight . Social services failed to order his antibiotics which it was their responsibility he went five days plus without his antibiotics at home because they did not order them and would not return phone calls.Three different facilities tried to call social services and they refused to speak to anyone they left their answering machine on. There are a handful of people that I would recommend but the whole facility no.
