This place is SICK and sad. They are letting their people literally suffer and charge them RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS to live in the most unbelievable conditions. Who ever owns them shouldn’t be able to sleep at night knowing there are people who are hungry and alone and can’t even escape their homes!
I go to visit a friend of mine 88 years old, this apt complex has two elevators and only one works, since hurricane Milton no elevators work we had to walk down 8 flights of stairs, no one could leave or get it, this is unacceptable, alot of these occupants have walkers, cane’s and cannot use the stairs, they had a young boy at front desk very rude, should’ve be working at this place, wouldn’t recommend living here at all
My parents live there, unfortunately. I’m disgusted.
They have a washing machine they can’t work, they’ve asked three times there’s no manual. And they certainly won’t come show them. No dishwasher, the elevator near them does not work! The whole reason they took that unit.
11 floors big building! And there is one elevator!! Housing all of these elderly people! My parents can’t get the food they want, my mother does not get around well so they eat in their apartment, and they are now charging them for the horrible plastic they put their food in!! Ridiculous! Just make a plate exactly like what they would get if they came down!! Completely unresponsive, the elevator has been down for three weeks! So my mother can’t even leave! Hoping to get them out!
