I had an issue with the towing in the neighborhood and the community manager Bria took care of everything for me with no hesitation. In the midst of being upset she turned everything around for me and made my day. I am thankful to have a community manager that actually cares. Thank You so much.
My experience at The Pines has been extremely frustrating due to mismanagement by the property manager. I was denied a resident parking sticker for my new car despite providing all the necessary documents, and I had to pay $135 to retrieve my car from the tow yard because of his mistakes.
The property is often dirty, with trash near my door, and the pool gates were vandalized. The pool hours were also reduced, and the common areas smell of marijuana. On top of this, the rent increased, and for the same price, I could move to a larger, newly renovated condo nearby.

Great property. New manager has come in and elevated the already great service. Been here 3 years. Gonna renew. I love living here
No words to describe this place but horrid. Maintenance workers will waltz into your apartment at any moment without warning, this happens mostly when we don’t even have anything scheduled for maintenance so there’s not even a justification. On top of that, they’re no allowed to come into your house with minors by themselves there, yet they’ve been to my house multiple times with me (16yo) in there, or even if theres NO ONE in the house which we already asked them not to do multiple times because of the reasons i just listed. I write this as it is the 4th or 5th time i’ve been locked out of my apartment because someone went in there without notice and locked it before i got home, matter of fact i am locked out of my house as i write this. If i ask for someone to open the door they take so long to come, or dont come at all. We’ve tried multiple times to tell them to not do that, yet it happens without any respect or regard for our privacy. Now, this isnt the only problem, not only fo they come unannounced, they will not come to fix something wrong with your apartment even if you email them about it multiple times. I had a leak for an entire week that was not fixed, moldy ceiling, sink not working and multiple other issues which they simply choose to ignore and never fix. We pay WAYY too much for this terrible apartment and the workers sometimes even THREATEN us with reporting us for anything (not just workers but managers as well). I am currently outside of my house for 30 minutes now waiting for someone to open the door for me, i am hungry, tired and this place i’ve been living in just makes everything worse. I cannot stress enough…DO NOT MOVE HERE.
