  1. From the very beginning it has been nothing but an excruciating experience coupled with unprofessionalism and lies. It is a hard enough journey getting and staying clean but I would absolutely dread every time I had to walk into that building. For the most part everyone else is ok but Alicia is one unprofessional person who has a power trip taking people’s sobriety under her own hand because she has nothing else to do obviously her job clearly consist of doing nothing. She refused to listed to me when I told her I could not log into my zoom meeting even though my drug test were clean and I had paid the balance Wich by the way when I started the program they told me it would be free but after they got me into the program that quickly changed. Then every time I came into the dreadful office she would treat me like complete dirt even though I would do everything in my power to avoid talking to her she went out of her way to make my life a living nightmare with no exaggeration. She called me stupid for not having the phone abilities to get into the zoom meeting. Thankfully I found a better program Wich I am treated professionally and my insurance covers my doctor and prescription so her treating me the way she did gave me the juice to find this program so it was really a blessing in disguise but I would not recommend this place whatsoever it is a scam they clearly don’t care about their patients and it’s obvious they have no idea what they are doing. Zero stars but thanks Alicia you treating me like you did ultimately saved me money 🤣😘

  2. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could, my caseworker Michelle went above and beyond to help me out, she was extremely courteous, respectful, professional and I could tell that she genuinely cares about helping people.
