I’m am a new tenant here at Town West and have had my first maintenance issue regarding my dishwasher. The maintenance man Jesse immediately came to assess and diagnose the problem and the very next day he knowledgeably replaced a sensor which fixed the problem in no time at all. I’m grateful for his expertise and his friendly and professional demeanor as well.

Yesterday I visited the community of Town West and unfortunately the office was closed. However Jesse … the maintenance supervisor was working on the grounds, and happy to give me a tour. Wow … the clubhouse was so modern and loved the pool table! The dining hall is very spacious, including rocking chairs facing the lake. I recommend this as a Must see.

Nice building; clean & well-kept; safe, outstanding maintenance & mgt staff; clubhouse, gym and pond walking path; very close to highways, beach, shopping, banks, etc…
Jesse with maintenance came out to my uncles apartment to change his ac filter. Not only was he professional and friendly but he was super knowledgeable and timely! I know it’s hard to find help out here but you struck gold with Jesse! So glad to see my uncle is in great hands!
