My mom has been at Colonial Skilled Nursing for a while now, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The staff is kind, patient, and truly cares about her well-being. Evelyn Henderson, the community coordinator, has been especially kind and supportive, always making sure families feel heard and involved.
Since my mom is bedridden, she really appreciates the large window in her room, where she can look outside and enjoy the view. It gives her a sense of connection to the outside world, which means a lot. In years gone by, she spent time in the courtyard and really enjoyed that as well. But what really stands out is the staff’s compassion—they treat her with dignity and respect, making sure she feels at home.
Clean facility. Looks like the staff does a great job at caring for residents. They offer a lot of activities. I especially like.to community feeling and how it really feel like a home.

I’m providing this facility 5 stars and recognizing them as a great skilled option for any assisted living resident needing to get strong and go home strong!. The facility is spotless. The staff are adept with making the residents comfortable. As an assisted living Vice President of Quality Assurance I am completely comfortable and always pleased with the therapy outcomes and communication with the team. A small boutique skilled nursing facility in the heart of West Palm Beach? There is no better spot for my assisted living residents to recover and restore themselves after a hospital visit. I really appreciate working with consummate professionals like Portia, the Administrator and Sherri the DON.
My cousin was in Colonial Assisted Living and suffered another stroke and from the hospital returned to Colonial in their Skilled Nursing Facility. The people there took good care of him and made it easy for me to speak with him on a regular basis when I was not able to be in Florida. I thank them all for the care and kindness they showed my cousin and me.
