To whom it may concern,
I’m writing this review in order to show my appreciation to both Sally Alonzo and Arci Mendoza of Part Kingsburg, a senior apartment complex at 333 Kern Ave. Kingsburg, CA. 93631.
For well over 15 years my wife and I were her mother’s caregivers while she lived at Park Kingsburg. Of course over time things change and Park Kingsburg is no different, but I must say that for her 15 plus years there, she received excellent customer service, professional care and a very positive attitude. In my opinion Sally and Arci never failed to go above and beyond the call of duty when it came to my mother-in-law; they assisted us every year she was there with her annual certification paperwork, which can be daunting, when called upon for help, we always received a prompt reply from their business office and swift action in an effort to find a solution. When maintenance was needed it only took a phone call and someone was there to fix the problem. Nobody’s perfect, and I’m not saying we never had problems, but in my view, resident customer service is at the top of Sally’s and Arci’s priority list.
If someone were to ask me what my opinion of Park Kingsburg is, I would tell them how we’ve been treated for all of these years: excellent. A lot has changed at Park Kingsburg and unfortunately over the years market and economic forces have curtailed the amount of services that can be offered, but I know that Sally and Arci have been there all the way, for all of these years and I can always depend on a positive attitude and a smile when I stop by to say hello. This facility is managed well and I believe that these ladies are doing their utmost with the resources they have available, which can be lean at times. In addition to customer service, I believe Sally and Arci to be ethical and fair in their daily routine as they work diligently to accomplish all they can with the resources given.

My grandma use to live there and she loved it. My family also liked the place because the girls in the office (Sally and Arci) are great people. I would recommend this place for a loved one.
I am very happy with Park Kingsburg Apartments, my Mother has been a resident here since 2003, she has always loved it here. She loves the office personnel, and I myself feel the same way about them, they are very nice,, they are the sweetest!! I have seen Sally, countless times, return to the complex anytime there was the slightest problem, after her shift was over.
Arci who lives on property has taken timeout of her evening for example, to assist me after locking my keys in the apartment, also locked outside after hours, she happily came to the back door and let us in and unlocked the apartment for us. I had to move in with my mom to care for her, I myself have been here almost 8 years. There has been quite a few changes since Mother has moved in here, everyone was notified in advance of the changes and have adjusted to them, we no longer have van transportation, meals are no longer available. This complex is operated as regular apartments now.
The only negative things that I notice here are a few of the newer tenants who have decided that the rules and regulations do not apply to them, and do as they please, which makes things rough for everyone who resides here and abides by the rules.
Mother and I love it here, along with most of the sane residents here. The ONLY COMPLAINTS I hear are about the tenants and family members who does not comply with the Rules and Regulations in their lease agreements!!
