Had a back procedure and saw two nurses from this company over a one week period. VERY nice, friendly, professional nurses. I was visited by nurses William and Dede. This company is fortunate to have them. And so was I!!
One of the most incompetent groups of people I’ve ever dealt with. Scary that they are in the healthcare business. No communication. Lying. Don’t provide proper supplies. Never know if they are coming or not. What a frustrating and idiotic experience. Total scam.
ZERO STARS!!! BE CAREFUL. Needed PT & wound care for my 25 year old son after surgery. While still in hospital – a professional guy called and we set up care. Nurse came out on day 1 – JUST to do intake paperwork and get signature to bill insurance. Day 2 a nurse showed up without letting us know a time and only took vitals – was told no wound care by her. Still no PT – called and spoke with 2 people who promised to have supervisor call me. That call never came. PT intake showed up – again told us a plan – then never heard from him again!!!
Was told a nurse AND PT would show up on Saturday and they would both call me with a time. The calls never came. The nurse and PT never came.
Quick to get signature for the $$ from insurance — then they go ghost.
WORST agency ever! Wish I could give ZERO stars. No communication when it comes to scheduling, you have to buy your own supplies because person that is in charge of ordering supplies didn’t get them to me for 7 days.so I had to purchase all the needed bandages etc for a week. Meanwhile Medicare is billing billed for these services and supplies. My mom is 96 and required a home health nurse and PT. 1.5 weeks after discharge from hospital still no PT. I had to call to ask why she hasn’t seen one. Miraculously after my call she was seen by someone the following day. The case manager Myra does not respond to calls/texts. Her boss Rachael is just as bad. The “scheduler” named Zee didn’t even make her initial “welcome call” for 2 weeks after my mom was discharged. Terrible agency! You might as well take care of your loved one yourself. I did a much better job and I am not a nurse! Sad!
