  1. My husband, Michael Kane, spent 49 days at Beachside, receiving daily IV Antibiotics for his acute Sepis infection, and 6-days-a-week P.T. and O.T. for his depleted physical condition from the body-wide infection.
We felt his nursing and physical/occupational therapy care there was consistently excellent – so importantly both competent and caring. We found all the staff there, from Reception to the management and medical professionals, including the Nursing Aides, to be courteous and hard-working with very few exceptions to that experience. We heartily thank Beachside and offer our appreciation and four stars to that care.
On the other hand, we give two stars to the owners’ indifference to the food quality, which needs serious improvement, and to their inattention to the tired furnishings in the public spaces including the central Courtyard, which could easily be a well-maintained, restful place for both residents and staff, but is, instead, a neglected, uncomfortable experience.

    friendly and competent

  2. Some of the staff members were great. However, they were few and far between . Leadership needs a lot of work. It’s never a good idea to allow housekeeping staff, to hand patients gloves and rags to clean up a accidental mess. Allowing a patient to go 12 days without Dr ordered night oxygen, could end badly. As someone who retired from a Rehabilitation Center, I found Beachside Rehabilitation to be shameful…..
Please think twice before putting your love one in this facility.

  3. I would not recommend this place for your loved ones they are rude and not family oriented, there is mold on the walls and all they are doing is painting over it instead of taking care of the issue and that’s why they keep getting outbreaks of Covid bad

  4. I would not recommend this place for anyone my mom went in there cause of her foot and they keep saying she’ll be released soon but she’s been in there since beginning of July and here it is August and they say that they can’t release her til she’s been there the full 60 days and until they get more money from my parents insurance all they care about is the money my mom gets soo hungry by the time the food actually gets to her and the food is always cold and have the time they don’t give her something to drink don’t have any of your family members come here cause the staff don’t care about anything except for money
