I absolutely love Kristen Paurowski, PA-C she is so knowledgeable and takes the time to talk to you and helps you with any concerns. Adriana D from the Prior Authorization Dept Went above and beyond and was able to get a medication that my insurance was denying.

Visited for annual medical. The medical report included medicines I don’t take and conditions I don’t have. Their system offers lab work but when you go there they say they don’t have lab, and ask you to go to quest and make another appointment to review results. Total waste of time.

I have a severe flu for over a week. Not able to see Dr until February (first date available).

Called them; got no help OR medicine.

They advised me to go to emergency room instead of seeing me.

All appointments take months. Why even bother?

All appointments take between 2 and 3 months to get.

Before i started here i Thought Cleveland Clinic name meant something.

Just another place to take my Medicare money 💰

Never had an issue with CC but there’s some serious issues at this location. I’m chasing down refills from my doctors office?! Like if anyone would under the importance of a prescription you’d think it would be the ones prescribing it!!!! But when a refill gets sent sometimes it’s not the one covered by insurance, sometimes it’s not one you even take, really a crap shoot with these people. I’m not much of a gambler so I’m done but feel free to be treated like garbage, if you’re into that.
