  1. The gate system in this neighborhood is beyond frustrating. The red-and-white barrier arm is old, unreliable, and constantly causes problems. It doesn’t function properly, falls way too often, and even hit my mom’s car once, which is completely unacceptable. Instead of actually fixing the issue, management keeps replacing it with the same low-quality barrier that breaks again within a short time. It’s like they’re just putting a band-aid on the problem instead of investing in a real solution. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a safety hazard. Residents shouldn’t have to worry about their cars getting damaged just by entering their own neighborhood. On top of that, when the barrier does break, it either gets stuck in an upright position, making security useless, or it falls and blocks the entrance, causing unnecessary delays. It’s clear that whatever system they’re using is outdated and poorly maintained. At this point, it feels like management either doesn’t care or is unwilling to spend money on a proper fix. If they’re going to keep replacing it, they should at least invest in something durable and reliable instead of installing the same faulty barrier over and over again. Residents deserve better.

  2. Lack of response and follow ups to issues when complaints are made. Management or the office never return calls or respond to emails. The security gates are always broken, and it’s a raccoon’s playground at night. Believe the bad reviews, they are true!! Only positive is the location unfortunately.

  3. Beware of Belle Parkland – Looks Can Be Deceiving

I lived at Belle Parkland from 2016 to 2023, initially drawn by the schools for my kids. While the landscaping is beautiful, the safety and green surroundings were overshadowed by serious issues with the new administration.

The buildings are old, and mold is a major problem. I experienced severe mold growth in a closet due to structural issues with the building’s roof. Mushroom come out on the wall inside the closet one of the rooms. Despite having renters’ insurance and hiring a specialist who confirmed the walls were 100% wet, Belle Parkland refused to take responsibility. Instead of fixing the problem, they sprayed Clorox and sent someone to clean the carpet—who also stole my son’s headphones!

I lost $3,000 worth of belongings, including my kids’ clothes, shoes, and my karate gear. My family’s health also suffered, with lung problems caused by the mold. The management, especially Karen and Dakota, was dismissive and unhelpful.

On top of that, I was charged $173 after moving out for leaving one mattress behind, even though I left the apartment in excellent condition. I also paid $138 for a closet mirror I was told I could remove.

Belle Parkland cares more about painting the buildings to look pretty than addressing serious internal issues like mold, which is dangerous to your health. If you’re considering living here, think twice and be prepared to face the same nightmare I did. I have proof of the mold and how poorly it was handled.

  4. We had the best experience with Dana Maldonado. She was so patient with the application process, answering questions, and making sure to call us back even during her hectic schedule. The community and homes are beautiful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service for Dana Maldonado.
